TIME I FORGOT is an app for professionals that track time and need to record time they forgot. Using it a day’s time records can be entered and sent to an assistant in less than a minute. Don’t lose another minute of billable time! 

Although TIME I FORGOT can be used to compile all time records, it is primarily intended for professionals who wish to send time records to an assistant or data logger “on the fly”. Designed for lawyers, accountants, doctors, medical technicians and clinicians, consultants, part-time workers and anyone who gets paid for recorded time.

Professional Edition

Time I Forgot Pro is a Desktop based companion application intended for use with Time I Forgot (Full) as a tool for users to easily and efficiently edit client,matter, description, mail template data as well as manage the record history. 

Time I Forgot Pro runs wherever Java is installed so you can use it from your Mac, PC, or other desktop.

Full Edition

Time I Forgot (Full) is the full functionality iPhone side implementation of Time I Forgot intended for daily professional time recording.

With Time I Forgot (Full) there are no limits on the number of clients, matters, descriptions, & mail templates that you can set up. It includes all of the functionality in Time I Forgot (Lite) and adds:
  • Full access to the record history - browse, sort, search, and edit
  • Ability to compile an unlimited number of records with different mail templates before sending in bulk
  • Short voice message attachments to time records
  • Picture or image attachements to to time records
  • Archived data import for upgrading, backup and restore, moving data among devices, and importing after editing data on the PC side with Time I Forgot Professional.

Time I Forgot (Lite) contains only basic functions and is intended to demonstrate the functionality of Time I Forgot, but is not intended for regular use.

Time I Forgot (Lite) Feature Set: 

  • Configure time as either minutes or hour decimals and default time 

  • Select email format & record separator 

  • Store up to 5 client details each with up to 5 matters and time descriptions 

  • Create up to 5 master time descriptions 

  • Compile multiple input entries (limited to 5 entries) 

  • View compiled time entries in a “Pending” workspace 

  • Edit and save compiled time entries before release 

  • Archive and Export your data and history for seamless upgrade to Time I Forgot (Full)
